Bill retired in December 2025 as GLEC's Director of Business Development and Planning and continues to serve in an advisory role supporting GLEC's continued growth and long-term stability. He began working as a GLEC employee-owner in 2001 as Coordinator of GIS and Business Development and helped build many of GLEC’s core contracts, business relationships, and GIS capabilities. Bill has over 45 years of business experience since earning a B.A. in Geography and Anthropology from Michigan State University and a Master Degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
