EmailAs an environmental engineer and water quality modeler, Charlie has led engineering projects involving a wide variety of environmental and water quality concerns including pathogen and dissolved oxygen TMDL development, eutrophication evaluations, fate evaluation of toxic substances, the management of hazardous waste management, and landside characterization and load development. He has extensive experience with water quality assessments, assimilative capacity studies, site feasibility studies, seasonal treatment alternatives evaluations, statistical analyses, and computer applications to solve complex engineering problems. Most of Charlie’s work has been in the New York / New Jersey Harbor area conducting projects on behalf of the New Jersey Harbor Dischargers Group, the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 2, and The Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of New York and holds a M.E. in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan College.
