EmailDennis is a senior research scientist with over 30 years’ experience conducting water-quality related research with a focus on aquatic toxicology. Projects led by Dennis have included site-specific studies for the determination of water quality criteria; toxicity identification/reduction evaluations; development of national baseline bioaccumulation factors biological criteria in lakes; enzymatic degradation of insecticides and toxicokinetics of xenobiotic compounds in aquatic organisms; development of EPA's protocol for the assessment of bioconcentratable contaminants in effluents and fish tissue; and the fate and effects of selenium in aquatic systems. Dennis served for many years as program manager for GLEC’s engineering services contract at the U.S. Army’s Pine Bluff arsenal. Dennis holds a Ph. D. in Entomology from The Ohio State University.
