Erica has 17 years of experience including conducting National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) Section 106 evaluations, Phase I and II environmental site assessments, field sampling and laboratory toxicity testing on research and compliance projects for industrial, municipal and government clients including the USEPA and the US Department of Defense. She has worked on several National Aquatic Resource Surveys conducting physical habitat assessments, benthos and fish collection and vertical profiles and is the lead technician for the Probabilistic Monitoring Component of the MDEQ Water Chemistry Monitoring Project. Erica also serves as GLEC’s Environmental Health and Safety Officer responsible for generating Health & Safety Plans, maintaining employee safety records, chemical inventory and SDS library. Erica holds a B.S. in Industrial Environmental Health Management from Ferris State University.
